Shipping policy

We sell and ship items within Canada only.

Hard goods (calendars, clothing, books) and seed orders are shipped throughout the year as soon as possible after purchase.

Dahlia tubers ship each year in late April. 

Tuber orders from shop.triplewrenfarms.ca ship via Canada Post via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel service. Our online store system figures the least expensive price possible from our farm in B.C. to each customer's delivery postal code, and charges a customized amount at checkout based on the weight of the tubers ordered.

Seed orders from shop.triplewrenfarms.ca will ship through Canadian Post and possibly regional couriers. Standalone seed orders ship in mid-February with a flat $8 CAD shipping rate.
If you order seeds with tubers, seeds will ship separately in mid-February and add $8 CAD to your total shipping cost.

Please note: Packages returned to Triple Wren due to Canada Post's inability to deliver (whether from inaccurate address info provided to Triple Wren or other delivery issues) are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee before refund.
