Terms of service
Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales.
Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email.
Triple Wren Farms BC sells and ships items within Canada only.
Please plant your dahlias as soon as possible after your Canadian Plant Hardiness zone's last frost date, and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlia tubers should sprout within 5 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at support@triplewren.zendesk.com. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care.
Guarantee: We guarantee that our dahlia tubers will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Problems with dahlia tubers must be reported by August 1 of the year they were ordered. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you verify your agreement that Triple Wren Farms BC's guarantee is limited to the purchase price only, and does not include shipping fees, liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling nursery products originally purchased from Triple Wren Farms voids any and all guarantees on the product.
Cancellations: Customers may cancel orders up to two weeks before requested ship date. Please email us at support@triplewren.zendesk.com with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Refunds: We guarantee that our dahlia tubers, rooted dahlia cuttings, plants, and seeds will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Refunds are issued via original payment methods, or through store credit. Please remember that problems with dahlia tubers must be reported by August 1 of the year they were ordered.
Placing an Order: Triple Wren Farms BC does not accept orders via mail or telephone. We only accept orders via our Online Store shop.triplewrenfarms.ca.
Triple Wren Farms BC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
Shipping: Hard goods (calendars, clothing, books) and dahlia seed orders are shipped throughout the year as soon as possible after purchase.
Dahlia tubers ship each year in late April.
Canadian tuber orders ship via Canada Post via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel service. Our online store system figures the least expensive price possible from our farm in B.C. to each customer's delivery postal code, and charges a customized amount at checkout based on the weight of the tubers ordered.
Please note: Packages returned to Triple Wren due to Canada Post's inability to deliver (whether from inaccurate address info provided to Triple Wren or other delivery issues) are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee before refund.
